Sealife Global – 3000 Housing units
Sealife global has announced that they will be opening bookings during Ramadan for flats which are going to be developed in Hulhumale’.
Regarding the development of 3000 housing units, Sealife Global’s managing director Ahmed Moosa Mohamed said ‘we are opening the bookings on the 17th of Ramadan for the N3 area space which was given to Sealife global to develop housing units’.
He also stated that they are trying to start the foundation works before the end of Ramadan, and targets to finish N3-55, N3-56 and N3-57 before September 2018. These 3 buildings has 14 stories and 12 stories with 1-4 room apartments. These apartments are targeted for all categories of people.
The inauguration ceremony was held on 02 April 2014
